Successful Management of Partnered Works for eight years under a Framework Agreement
Initially for Major Capital Projects
£3 million to £22 million,
Recently the delivery of an £80 million programme of Capital and Maintenance Works with projects between £20,000 and £8million.
Most of these schemes were taken from
the client’s first identification of a need with a provisional budget through outline design, public liaison and planning approvals, Agreement of a Target Cost, Detailed Design, Construction
Installation and Commissioning
and lastly and most importantly
Client and Operational Support Post-Commissioning.
The schemes were all successfully completed
to Time, below Agreed Target Costs and to the Client’s satisfaction.
The successes of the Major Capital Projects were a major factor in gaining the award of the second £80million Programme of Works
